Full re-development of existing bungalow including a front elevation extension with a large pitched roof and bricked in gables to provide living accommodation to the 1st floor. Large dormer to the 1st floor rear elevation and part renovation to the existing house. The development was for a client who was extremely pleased with the end result. Working with the client and our Architect we designed the entire development, obtained planning permission and carried out all the construction works.
