Fishergate consists of 3No apartments and 1No commercial A1 use shop which is currently a Hairdresser. We refurbished this property from top to bottom as the property was in much need of an uplift. The budget was extremely tight on this construction project so we improved the property by maintaining a tight specification and ensuring there was no over spend. We also looked to how we could value engineer the scheme to maximize profits.
